April 27, 2018 – Two professors of Tsinghua SEM were awarded as "Outstanding Faculty of Tsinghua University in 2017" at the 19th Academic Conference of Tsinghua University 2017-2018 Academic Year, namely, QIAN Xiaojun, Professor of the Department of Leadership and Organization Management and WEI Qiang, Associate Professor of Department Management Science and Engineering.

QIAN Xiaojun

QIAN Xiaojun is Professor of the Department of Leadership and Organization Management and Associate Dean of Tsinghua SEM. Her mainly researches are in the fields of Leadership, Implicit Cognition, Business Ethics, Entrepreneurial Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibilities and Sustainability.

WEI Qiang

WEI Qiang is Associate Professor of Department Management Science and Engineering. His main research areas include Information Systems and Management, Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Mining, Uncertainty Techniques and Simulation Techniques. He has published more than 80 academic papers in important international academic journals as well as at important international conferences.
