Tsinghua SEM faculty members XUE Jian, WANG Xueli, XIAO Xing and WANG Hao have been named prize winners of the 2017 Excellent Teaching Awards. The Excellent Teaching Award is designed to acknowledge faculties, for undergraduates or for postgraduates, obtaining popularity and recognition from students and peers. The prize distributed a record number of 100 in Tsinghua University this year.

XUE Jian, WANG Xueli, XIAO Xing and WANG Hao

XUE Jian, the School’s Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting, who explores financial accounting, information efficiency of capital markets and analyst forecasts. She also teaches Principles of Accounting for undergraduates, postgraduates and EMBA students.

WANG Xueli is an Associate Professor of the Department of Leadership and Organization Management. Her researches focus on organization change, strategic human resource management and organizational culture. She worked on the subjects of Chinese business management practices, etc. Her subjects cover Organizational Behavior, Strategic Human Resource Management, Negotiation and Conflict Management and Managerial Thinking.

XIAO Xing, the School’s Professor of Department of Accounting, who works on Financial Statement Analysis and Valuation, Accounting Theory, Accounting and Capital Market, Accounting and Finance Issues in China’s Capital Market. She also teaches Accounting in EMBA program and Financial Management in EDP program.

WANG Hao is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair of the Department of Finance. His primary research interests include ambiguity in asset pricing, credit risk, and Chinese financial markets. He has been teaching Fixed Income Securities and Credit Risk Management at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
