Subsequently, Mr. Arkadiusz Czopor from Poland, Class of 2012, and Mr. Didier Dargent from France, Class of 2015, shared their experience and what they learned in TIEMBA. Their common experience is that TIEMBA has indeed brought a change to their lives. Through the diversity in the TIEMBA family, they have had the chance to learn on campuses around the world and communicate with classmates from all over the world, granting them a better understanding of the world. What is more important is that they deeply understand themselves better, and this changed their life for the better. Helen Hai, Alumni from Class of 2011, Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and CEO of the Made in Africa Initiative, wrote a congratulatory letter to the new participants. “Across every stages of life, we will experience different forms of changes and restructuring. My acquaintance with TIEMBA has allowed me to develop my strategic thinking, to meet great mentors, to debate and discuss new ideas with elite leaders and to build up and complete my grasp of professional knowledge.” To Helen, the two years spent at TIEMBA has not only allowed her to acquire new knowledge and skills, but also gave her a unique perspective about herself which she did not have before. She mentioned, “The greatest inspiration from TIEMBA is that it has taught me how to follow my heart. Through following my heart, I was able to pursue what I really wished to one step at a time, getting closer to my dream and doing meaningful work.”
