By promoting communication, interaction, and cooperation among the CEMS academic members, the CEMS Strategic Board Annual Meeting is one of most important annual events for CEMS.  Held for the first time in Mainland China, the CEMS Strategic Board Annual Meeting discussed a variety of topics for the future strategic development of CEMS.

The one-and-a-half day meeting involved business and management education, the change in financial structure for CEMS academic members, CEMS global strategy, and existing CEMS issues. Other topics discussed also included education practices in Asian business management institutions, optimizing the financial structure for CEMS academic members, CEMS's global positioning, CEMS's development strategy in Africa, and the partnership model for CEMS's corporate partners.

As the SEM celebrates its 30th anniversary, the school is proud to have contributed to the development of international management talent by helping CEMS better position the Master's in Management degree. This event is one of the many successes from the SEM's thirty years of history and is an example of Tsinghua SEM's growing influence in the world.
