Based on the development status of Sentosa, a famous scenery spot in Singapore, the case set in this Challenge is to let delegates try to create new business opportunities for the development of tourism by using Mobility and other new technologies in IT. However, any new scientific technology will meet many difficulties in application and implementation. How to best optimize the corporation’s performance by the existing resources before applying new technology? How to manage the relations between the new-born technology and other interest parts in the whole ecological system? How to use new technology to confront the emergencies and challenges? Three delegates from TSU put forward four solutions of “Business-driven，IT-enabled” for the four given cases step by step within 60 hours. Their plans have unique strategic panorama and detailed technology which are spoken high by the judges.
