Since its inception in 1991, Tsinghua MBA Program keeps innovating and has become the leader in MBA education in China. Five years have passed since the MBA reform started in the summer of 2007 at Tsinghua. Tsinghua MBA Program is the first among Chinese business schools to introduce a new curriculum system that focuses on “soft skills”, integration and experiential learning. This was followed by the reform in MBA recruitment and admissions, where a candidate is judged first in an interview examining his/her comprehensive eligibility and then issued an admission conditional upon passing the national MBA entrance exam. As a university-based business school, Tsinghua MBA Program also strives to integrate with the university by launching the MBA+X initiative, the Tsinghua Entrepreneurship Network (TEN) and a new course to explore new scientific frontiers at Tsinghua.
