Prior to the annual conference, an Asia Pacific Deans Leadership Institute was launched on the morning of May 22. Following a welcome and introductions session chaired by Dean QIAN Yingyi of Tsinghua SEM, deans and associate deans from over 20 business schools joined keynote speeches and panel discussions on the topics of  "Leadership and Management of Strategic Change" and "Faculty and Research".
