The journalHuman Resource Development Quarterlyis taken by Thomson Reuters as an ISI journal. Future publications on the journal will all be included in the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI).

Human Resource Development Quarterlyis an official publication of the Academy of Human Resource Development. The editing team is based at Tsinghua SEM, with Professor YANG Baiyin of the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior as the Chief Editor. Its new releases come out every March, June, September and December in the U.S..

It was the first peer-reviewed journal focused directly on the evolving field of Human Resource Development (HRD) and provides a central focus on HRD issues as well as the means for disseminating such research.
