Participants of the Tsinghua-CUHK MBA Program in Finance hosted a New Year Celebration Gala on December 21, 2008. Associate Dean of Tsinghua SEM Tong Yunhuan, Associate Dean Zhu Yan, Assistant Dean Qian Xiaojun, Assistant Dean Zhu Hengyuan, Associate Professor Zhu Yujie, Associate Professor Zhang Lihong, and Professor He Jia, Professor Ruimeng from the Chinese University of Hong Kong attended the gala.

The Tsinghua-CUHK MBA program was launched in November, 2000. Approved by the State Council, the program, observing international standards, attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' all-round abilities. Particular emphasis is put on students' practical experiences and development potentials. By adopting credit system, classes are given both in Chinese and English in Tsinghua University. Qualified applicants are interviewed jointly by the two universities before they are enrolled in the program. After finishing their study, students will be granted MBA degrees issued by the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
