The CUHK-Tsinghua Workshop in Accounting and Finance Program was held duringDecember 4-5, 2007at Tsinghua SEM. Faculty and students from Tsinghua SEM exchanged their views and opinions with 12 scholars fromChineseUniversityofHong Kong. Professor Li Daokui, Chair of the Department of Finance of Tsinghua SEM, Professor Chen Xiao, Chair of the Department of Accounting addressed the conference.

The workshop had three sessions, presided over by Professor T.J. Wong and Joseph P.H. Fan from CHKU, and Professor Chen Xiao fromTsinghuaUniversity. 10 academic papers were discussed during the workshop, each 5 in financial and accounting areas respectively.
