Tsinghua SEM Ranks No.1 Again in China's Best MBA Programs

When the future MBA applicants are ambitiously preparing for the incoming 2007 MBA admissions,Managers China's Best MBA Programs for 2006was ceremoniously issued on Oct 10. According to a series of rigorous global standards, Tsinghua MBA program ranked No.1 again in this China's most authoritative business education ranking. China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Peking University's Guanghua School of Management ranked No.2 and No.3 respectively. Antai School of Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University, School of Management of Fudan University, Business School of Renmin University of China, School of Management of Zhongshan University, Nankai International Business School have maintained their seats in Top Ten programs for two consecutive years.

In Nov. 2004, one of China's most influential business magazines Managers issued its China's Best MBA Programs?for the first time. The ranking was widely covered by more than 50 domestic and global media.

In this year's ranking, Managers continues to maintain its basic standards in 2004's ranking. They rank China's MBA programs mainly according to three dimensions: MBA graduates, Employers and Business Schools. For schools, they focus on business school's faculty qualities, educational administration and career guidance; for MBA graduates, they survey their degree of satisfaction towards respective business schools and their salary levels; for employers, they focus on their general evaluation to each MBA program and their impressions of MBA graduates comprehensive ability, professionalism and their hiring willingness.

The 2006 ranking ranks Top 20 Business Schools in China within 35 MBA degree offering institutions surveyed. Compared to the 2004 ranking, five business schools including CEIBS are included in the ranking survey for the first time this year.
