Tsinghua MBA Team Placed 1st Runner-up at International Case Competition in Germany

AviAsian, the Tsinghua MBA team, captured the 1st runner-up in the final of Business Masters?005 International Case Competition, which took place in Karlsruhe, Germany, during November 17th-19th.

More than 180 teams, including those from top business schools in Europe and USA, participated in the competition. The Tsinghua MBA team won high praises from the main sponsors Booz Allen Hamilton, German airline Lufthansa and Hugo Boss.

“We see this exciting competition as an excellent opportunity to further increase awareness for Tsinghua University as one of the top international MBA-schools. We further believe that the impact of our second place will continue resonating at the participating schools for some time,” the team said.

The Tsinghua MBA team members, Mathias Bertele, Martin Christensen, Anders Hammarback and Ralf Karchow, are grateful for the unique learning experience at Tsinghua, which is highly relevant and useful during the competition. The team are eagerly looking forward to participating again and winning the top position next year.
